Vanessa will use her expertise to support contaminated site and geotechnical investigation work, which include several subcategories of investigation and assessments. Ahtna is please to announce they are the recipient of the 2020 Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Small Business Award. This award recognizes SAME sustaining member firms that “achieve outstanding results in support of the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, and Navy as well as company support for the professional development of its employees through participation in SAME education and activities.”

PND is please to welcome Michael Ulmgren, EIT & Cameron Klatt, EIT to their staff.
Cameron is a lifelong Alaskan and has joined PND’s Geotechnical Team after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Montana State University, and a Master’s degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of Washington.
Michael was previously a research professional at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he conducted wave & storm surge modeling, shoreline change modeling, and sediment transport studies.
