Every election is a privilege that we must never take for granted. In August, primary elections will take place throughout the country where residents will have the opportunity to vote for candidates for the U.S. and State Legislatures, Governors, and other important races.

In Alaska, the 2018 Primary Election will take place on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. Many of the political races have primary challenges; therefore, it is important to vote in this election as we determine who will best represent our interests in Washington DC and Juneau.

Alaska now has a method to vote early. The following link provides directions to vote using this alternative method:
